FIRSTavenue Appoints Owen Kulick as Associate, North American Capital Advisory – Primaries, Secondaries & Directs, NYC Office

New York, 12 February 2026 – FIRSTavenue is pleased to announce the appointment of Owen Kulick as Associate, North American Capital Advisory, in its New York City office. He will be primarily responsible for providing capital advisory services to the firm’s primary and secondary clients.

Owen joins most recently as an Investment Banking Analyst at D.A. Davidson in the Technology Group where he worked on sell-side M&A transactions. There he supported ongoing origination efforts by preparing pitchbook decks and conducting company outreach to future clients. Prior, Owen was a Summer Analyst for D.A. Davidson and also played semi-professional soccer for the Philadelphia Union U23s. Owen is a graduate of Villanova University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Analytics. Owen also played NCAA Division 1 soccer for Villanova University.
