FIRSTavenue Appoints Mary Fleming Finlay as Analyst, North American Capital Advisory – Primaries, Secondaries & Directs, NYC Office

New York, 12 February 2026 – FIRSTavenue is pleased to announce the appointment of Mary Fleming Finlay as Analyst, North American Capital Advisory, in its New York City office. She will be primarily responsible for providing capital advisory services to the firm’s primary and secondary clients.

Mary Fleming joins most recently as Event Design & Product Marketing Associate at The Kayo Conference Series, a female-founded and run event series dedicated to supporting, connecting, and advancing women in the finance and alternatives industries. It hosts annual, nationwide events such as the Private Funds Summit, focusing on deal flow, industry insights, and career growth for female leaders and professionals. Mary Fleming is a graduate of the College of Arts and Sciences at The University of Virginia, where she studied economics and statistics.
