FIRSTavenue acted as global placement agent on the final close of Guggenheim Private Debt Fund IV at approximately $8.4 billion of total available capital

April 2026

London, 23 April 2026 - FIRSTavenue acted as global placement agent on the final close of Guggenheim Private Debt Fund IV at approximately $8.4 billion of total available capital.1

Guggenheim Investments announced the final close of Guggenheim Private Debt Fund IV (“PDF IV” or the “Fund”), its most recent dedicated private debt vehicle. The Fund and related vehicles raised approximately $8.4 billion of total available capital, exceeding the initial fundraise target and with demand exceeding the Fund’s hard cap.1

FIRSTavenue acted as global placement agent for Guggenheim Investments on PDF IV, advising the firm on investor engagement across North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific. The Fund attracted commitments from both new and existing investors globally.

PDF IV has currently called 50% of capital from investors, highlighting Guggenheim’s deployment capabilities despite the tougher current market conditions.

Guggenheim’s private debt platform focuses on sourcing first-lien senior secured loans in both sponsor-backed and non-sponsor-backed companies within the core middle market in the United States. Guggenheim currently serves as the lead investor on over 90% of the capital invested by PDF IV and is the sole investor on 35% of invested capital.

PDF IV draws on Guggenheim Investments established private debt platform which has invested more than $33 billion in direct deals across more than 550 unique borrowers since 2002.

FIRSTavenue congratulates the entire Guggenheim Investments team on this significant achievement and is pleased to have supported the firm throughout this fundraising process.
