FIRSTavenue Advises Bestinver on €115 Million Continuation Vehicle Supporting Italy’s EV Infrastructure Expansion

London, 05 February 2026 – FIRSTavenue is pleased to announce that it has advised Bestinver on the successful formation of a €115 million continuation vehicle, increasing Bestinver’s stake in iPlanet, an Italian platform at the forefront of the country’s energy transition.

iPlanet is transforming one of Italy’s largest fuel station networks into a nationwide electric vehicle (EV) charging and multi-service hub network, supporting the rapid shift toward sustainable mobility. The platform is dedicated to converting traditional service stations into next-generation infrastructure assets, integrating fast and ultra-fast EV charging with complementary services and renewable energy solutions.

The transaction underscores strong investor confidence in the long-term energy transition trend and highlights Bestinver’s proven ability to deliver durable value through innovative, scalable, and sustainable investment strategies. The additional capital will further accelerate iPlanet’s rollout across Italy, reinforcing its position as a leading player in the development of EV charging infrastructure.
