FIRSTavenue Appoints Michael Cerminaro as Vice President, North American Investor Coverage, NYC Office

New York, 28 November 2025 – FIRSTavenue is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Cerminaro as Vice President, North American Investor Coverage, in its New York City office. He will be primarily responsible for covering investors in the Northeast, Southeast, and other select regions across North America.

Michael joins FIRSTavenue from a sales role at AlphaSense, a fintech platform serving the alternatives industry. Prior to that, he worked at Valor Equity Partners in both Investor Relations and Capital Formation. His previous experience also includes roles in investor relations at Solebury Trout, as a financial analyst at State Street, and as an analyst at ShoreBridge Capital, a boutique placement agent. Michael is a graduate of Boston College, where he earned a BA in Economics.
