UBS O’CONNOR ANNOUNCE FINAL CLOSE OF CLOVER PRIVATE CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES II STRATEGY RAISING USD1.7 BILLION

FIRSTavenue is pleased to congratulate UBS O’Connor, a UBS Asset Management business, on the recent final closing of Clover Private Credit Opportunities II Strategy (“PCO II” or the “Fund”)

PCO II raised limited partner commitments of approximately USD 1.7 billion, exceeding their initial target. The total capital base for PCO II is expected to be approximately USD 2.5 billion, including anticipated leverage.

The fund was backed by both existing and new investors across various geographies including North America, Europe, and Asia. The diverse investor commitments included pension funds, insurance companies, fund-of-funds, foundations, family offices, and high net worth individuals.

The O’Connor Capital Solutions team is co-lead by Rodrigo Trelles and Baxter Wasson. The fund will invest in corporate direct lending and asset finance investments across various sectors with a focus on investment sizes between USD 20 million and USD 200 million.
