STAR AMERICA ANNOUNCE FINAL CLOSE OF INFRASTRUCTURE FUND II RAISING USD700MN

FIRSTavenue would like to congratulate Star America Infrastructure Partners on the final close of Star America Infrastructure Fund II (the “Fund”), a North American focused greenfield infrastructure fund.

The Fund surpassed its target of USD 600 million closing with USD 700 million of capital commitments which was backed by a diversified range of global institutional investors including insurance companies, pension funds, foundations, and family offices among others.

The Fund closed at more than double the size of Fund I (USD 300m) marking this as Star America’s largest fundraise to date.
