FIRSTAVENUE OPENS AUSTRALIAN OFFICE AND ADDS PARTNER

LONDON/NEW YORK/SYDNEY - FIRSTavenue, a leading global private placement agent and investment advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Martin Donnelly as Partner to their staff and the opening of an office in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Donnelly will work closely with investors throughout Australia and New Zealand, as well as sourcing prospective clients.

Having over 20 years of experience in alternative assets, Mr. Donnelly joins FIRSTavenue from Blackstone, where he was a managing director of their Hedge Funds Solutions Group where he focused on business development and client relations in Australia and the Pacific Rim. Prior to joining Blackstone, he was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of Distribution at ING Investment Management in Australia, having responsibility for coordinating the firm's sales and marketing and serving as a member of ING's Private Equity Investment Committee.
